RheoMinerals B91 is an amine treated organophilic bentonite used as a viscosifier and gelling agent in any oil-based drilling fluid. B91 cost effectively increases carrying capacity and solids removal. B91 is also commonly used in Guar slurries as a viscosifier.
RheoMinerals B92 is an amine treated organophilic Wyoming bentonite used as a viscosifier and gelling agent in any oil-based drilling fluid. Easily dispersed and rapid yielding, B92 is designed to effectively increase carrying capacity while requiring less agitation, shear, and heat than conventional clays to properly yield. B92 performs well in cold weather and with adverse mixing conditions. B92 provides optimal performance and low shear rheology in all oil-based drilling, fracture, and workover fluids.
RheoMinerals RM99 is an amine treated organophilic sepiolite used as a rheological additive in multibase drilling fluids. RM99 is a cost-effective alternative to organophilic attapulgite rheology modifiers. RM99 suspends drill cuttings and weighting materials, without adversely increasing viscosity. This allows low viscosity drilling fluids to attain a higher carrying capacity for solids removal. RM99 helps to prevent stuck pipe and barite sag in horizontal wells through solids suspension.
RheoMinerals RHEOPOUR is a patented polymer/copolymer blend used as a rheological additive in oil-based drilling fluids. RHEOPOUR suspends drill cuttings and weighting materials by increasing low shear viscosity with minimal effect upon apparent viscosity. RHEOPOUR activates at lower downhole temperatures, continuing to develop as downhole temperatures increase beyond 350°F.
