RheoMinerals 80 Series Organophilic Viscosifiers amine treated organophilic bentonite composites designed for extended performance under normal conditions.

RheoMinerals 90 Series Organophilic Viscosifiers are amine treated organophilic bentonite clays designed for use in all areas. The 90 Series is comparable to classic viscosifiers throughout the  industry.

Rheological Modifiers

RheoMinerals RM99 Series are amine treated organophilic sepiolites used as a rheological additive in multi-base drilling fluids. The exclusive rheological morphology of these products assists in suspending drill cuttings and weighting materials, without adversely increasing viscosity. This allows low viscosity drilling fluids to attain a higher carrying capacity and solids removal. The RM99 Series also helps to prevent stuck pipe and barite sag in horizontal wells through solids suspension.

Fluid Loss Control

RheoMinerals RHEOTROL™ PLUS is a patent pending, organically modified clay additive that controls the flow of filtrate from multi-base drilling fluids into the formation. As an alternative to asphaltine, gilsonite, and amine-treated lignite-based filtration control, RHEOTROL PLUS provides superior HPHT fluid loss control while remaining effective across a broad temperature range.

    RheoMinerals B92 is an amine treated organophilic Wyoming bentonite used as a viscosifier and gelling agent in any oil-based drilling fluid. Easily dispersed and rapid yielding, B92 is designed to effectively increase carrying capacity while requiring less agitation, shear, and heat than conventional clays to properly yield. B92 performs well in cold weather and with adverse mixing conditions. B92 provides optimal performance and low shear rheology in all oil-based drilling, fracture, and workover fluids.

    RheoMinerals B95 is an amine treated Wyoming organophilic bentonite used as a rheological additive, viscosifier, and gelling agent. Easily dispersed and self-activating, B95 provides high performance in mineral oil based drilling fluids. Applicable base oils include: mineral oils, modified vegetable oils, Distillate 822, Cutter D, and synthetics. B95 provides optimal performance and low shear rheology in all mineral-oil based drilling, fracture, and workover fluids.
